Farm to Food Bank

On November 15, we had a Farm to Food Bank Event with Chattanooga Area Food Bank. This event helped us to understand the Chattanooga foodscape and determine how farmers could support their local food banks.

We had a tour of the food bank, learned more about their mission, engaged in a presentation about connecting local farmers and the food bank, volunteered in the garden, and had our annual quarterly meeting. In our annual quarterly meeting, we discussed leadership transitions and policy priorities.
